What is a Tip in Volleyball?
A tip (or "dink") is a soft attacking shot played over or around blockers — the attacker gently directs the ball into open space instead of spiking. Used when the block is set well.
Example in a match
The opponent's block is high. Instead of spiking, you tip the ball over their fingers into the open court.
